What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality collision repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Assess damage and determine proper repair procedures
• Repair or replace panels, frames, and structural components
• Follow OEM guidelines and industry best practices
• Use modern tools, welding equipment, and repair technology
• Collaborate with a team to keep workflow efficient and productive
• Document repairs, labor hours, and parts accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Stay current on new repair techniques and technologies

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Collision Body Technician (required)
• I-CAR certification (required)
• OEM certifications (strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of collision repair processes
• Skilled with tools, welding, and diagnostics
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Team player who can also work independently
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• 21+ years old
