Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and courteous support
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Assist clients by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and in person documentation.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to promote products or services
• Manage cash handling transactions accurately when applicable
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for process enhancements

Qualifications

• Multilingual skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
• Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with outbound calling and analysis skills to assess customer needs
• Familiarity with sales techniques, cash handling procedures, and call center best practices is preferred
