Ubiquity Service is looking for a Data Collection Test Engineer to join our team in Warsaw.

Conduct on-road and field data collection activities for automotive systems, including ADAS, autonomous driving, infotainment, and vehicle perception systems.

Operate and monitor test vehicles equipped with data acquisition systems and sensors.

Collect, verify, and manage vehicle data from cameras, radars, LiDARs, GPS, and other onboard systems.

Ensure data quality and completeness according to project requirements.

Record, document, and report anomalies, system issues, and environmental conditions encountered during testing.

Support validation and testing activities related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems.

Perform basic troubleshooting of test equipment and data collection devices.

Communicate collected findings and testing results with Chinese engineering teams.

Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate testing documentation.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other testing teams to ensure successful project execution.

Travel extensively across Europe to perform testing and data collection activities.

Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) – mandatory.

English communication skills.

Valid driver's license and confident driving skills.

Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 10 months per year).

Experience in automotive testing, data collection, ADAS validation, or related automotive projects.

Understanding of vehicle systems, sensors, and automotive technologies.

Familiarity with automotive testing and diagnostic tools is an advantage.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in dynamic field-testing environments.

Experience working with Chinese automotive manufacturers.

Knowledge of CAN communication and tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, PCAN, etc.

Experience with autonomous driving, ADAS, or vehicle data annotation projects.
