Duties

• Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions using Automotive Dealership accounting software
• Perform detailed account reconciliations on the general ledger, balance sheets, and subsidiary ledgers to ensure accuracy
• Manage data entry tasks efficiently, including journal entries and daily bank deposits
• Assist with payroll management using systems like NetChex and Dealertrack
• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable statements regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions, supporting audit readiness and internal controls
• Proven experience in Automotive Dealership office environment
• Dealertrack experience is a plus
• Demonstrate ability to perform account reconciliation, journal entries, and balance sheet analysis accurately
• Knowledge of processing automotive sales deals is a plus
• Excellent data entry skills coupled with strong math aptitude for precise account analysis and bookkeeping tasks.
