This is not a training desk. This is a money desk.

La City Cars is hiring a proven Automotive Desk Manager who knows how to structure, submit, and close tough deals, especially subprime. If you live in lender guidelines, know which units get bought before the application is even submitted, and can push gross without killing approvals, this is a real opportunity.

We are a high-volume store backed by a nine-store dealer group. The leads are real. The inventory is deep. The desk matters.

What You Will Do

  • Desk and structure deals for volume and gross
  • Match credit profiles to the right vehicles and lenders
  • Submit, manage, and close subprime and near-prime deals
  • Control stip flow, follow-ups, and funding
  • Train sales staff on credit-based selling
  • Protect front-end and back-end gross without losing deals
  • Run a fast, disciplined desk

What You Must Bring

  • Minimum three years of desking experience including special finance
  • Proven success with lenders such as Santander, Westlake, Lendbuzz, Capital One, and others
  • Strong knowledge of bank programs and lender guidelines
  • Confident TO and closing ability in person and over the phone
  • Experience with Dealertrack and CRM tools
  • A closer’s mindset, not just a manager title

This is not a starter role and not a learning position. This is for someone who already knows how to drive gross, close volume, and get funded.
