AUTO DETAILER WANTED – JOIN THE ROUTE 23 AUTO TEAM

Route 23 Auto is a busy, family-owned used car dealership and extreme detail shop located in Flint, MI. We take pride in offering clean, high-quality vehicles and professional detailing services to our customers, and we’re looking for an experienced Auto Detailer to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and wants to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Full interior and exterior vehicle detailing
• Paint decontamination, waxing, buffing, and polishing
• Shampooing carpets and seats
• Cleaning engines, wheels, and door jambs
• Preparing vehicles for front-line sale
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the detail area

Requirements:

• Prior auto detailing experience required
• Experience using a machine buffer/polisher REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation
• Must show up on time and ready to work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
