Responsibilities

• Perform exterior washing and vehicle paint correction to restore shine and eliminate imperfections
• Use automotive buffers and polishing equipment to enhance vehicle surfaces and achieve a flawless finish
• Detail vehicle interiors by cleaning carpets, upholstery, dashboards, windows, and door jambs with precision
• Operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles safely within the auto detailing facility
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and free of debris
• Utilize cleaning equipment effectively, adhering to safe work practices at all times
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks when handling equipment or large vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency
• Assist the full service car wash when volume demands and when there is no work scheduled
• Quote prices and schedule detail work

Qualifications

• Prior experience in auto detailing or a related custodial/ janitorial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Knowledge of vehicle paint correction techniques and automotive buffing is a plus
• Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and safe work practices is essential
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and other detailing tools
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of vehicle exterior and interior cleanliness
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and client satisfaction
