About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Detailer experienced in premium vehicle preparation, paint correction, and full interior and exterior detailing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with luxury, exotic, and performance cars, delivering showroom-level finishes with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete interior and exterior detailing to the highest standards, including deep cleaning, polishing, and finishing.
• Execute multi-stage paint correction and polishing to eliminate swirl marks, oxidation, and surface imperfections.
• Conduct vehicle preparation for delivery, wraps, coatings, and photography — ensuring every detail is flawless.
• Apply ceramic coatings, waxes, and sealants for protection and gloss enhancement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.
• Identify surface issues and recommend proper detailing or correction methods.
• Manage detailing materials and equipment, ensuring optimal product use and maintenance.
• Support junior team members and uphold studio quality standards across all work.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional detailing experience in luxury or performance car studios.
• Proven expertise in paint correction, machine polishing, and surface preparation.
• Strong knowledge of detailing tools, products, and techniques (interior, exterior, and engine bay).
• High attention to detail with the ability to achieve mirror-level finishes under strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE experience preferred; international experience considered with strong portfolio.
• English proficiency required (Arabic a plus).

Nice to Have

• Experience with ceramic coatings, tinting, or minor cosmetic restoration.
• Familiarity with luxury brands (e.g., Porsche, Lamborghini, Range Rover, Mercedes, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and workflows efficiently.
