AUTOMOTIVE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER GOOGLE ADS / PPC

IMPORTANT – READ FIRST This is NOT a social media job. This is NOT a branding or content role. This is a performance marketing role focused on Google Ads and lead generation. Your responsibility: Drive high-intent traffic and reduce our cost per vehicle sold. If your experience is primarily social media management, content creation, or managing agencies without running campaigns, this role will not be a fit. We are looking for someone who has personally managed large Google Ads budgets and optimized campaigns.
ABOUT BRADEN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP
Braden Automotive Group operates multiple dealerships across Ohio generating hundreds of millions in annual revenue. Our organization runs on operational dashboards, weekly war rooms, strict KPI accountability, and inventory velocity systems. Marketing is managed with the same discipline as sales and service. This role controls the digital traffic engine for our dealership platform.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Google Ads / PPC Campaign Management
Lead Generation Performance
You will monitor the full funnel: Lead → Contact → Appointment → Show → Sold. Key metrics include cost per lead, cost per vehicle sold, impression share, and campaign ROI.
Vendor Management
You will evaluate and manage digital vendors including AutoTrader, Cars.com, SEO providers, and advertising agencies. Your job is to identify wasted marketing spend and eliminate it.
Digital Traffic Dashboard
You will maintain a Digital Traffic Control Dashboard used by leadership tracking ad spend, lead volume, cost per lead, cost per vehicle sold, and store marketing performance. Marketing performance is reviewed weekly alongside sales, service, and inventory metrics.
Inventory Velocity Marketing
Our dealerships operate under a 45-day inventory supply system. Marketing campaigns support inventory movement including clearance campaigns, value buyer campaigns, and truck buyer campaigns.

This is a performance-driven role. Success will be measured by reducing cost per lead, lowering cost per vehicle sold, increasing qualified traffic, and improving campaign efficiency across all stores. Marketing performance is reviewed weekly alongside operational metrics.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
