Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic systems in modern vehicles.
• Perform software updates and programming for ECUs, infotainment systems, and other electronic modules.
• Troubleshoot issues related to wiring, sensors, lighting, batteries, alternators, and starters.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software (e.g., ODIS, GTech, Delphi) to identify faults accurately.
• Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer standards and warranty policies.
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities in the system for transparency and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the mechanical team to address interdisciplinary issues.
• Provide technical advice to customers regarding electrical system maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an official automotive agency service center.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle warranty policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for electrical systems.
• Expertise in repairing modern automotive electronics, including:
• Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS)
• Infotainment and navigation systems
• Battery Management Systems (BMS) in electric/hybrid vehicles
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with various car brands (e.g., Toyota, Mercedes, BMW, Hyundai).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
