Pearl Motors is establishing a new CKD Automotive Assembly Plant in Iraq and is seeking highly experienced automotive engineers to join our core factory setup team. These positions are critical for the initial setup, commissioning, and preparation of vehicle assembly operations.

Mandatory Positions

1. Plant / Project Engineer – Automotive Manufacturing
Responsible for factory setup, plant layout planning, assembly line installation, coordination with contractors and suppliers, and commissioning of production equipment.

2. Senior Automotive Mechanical Engineer
Responsible for vehicle assembly processes, mechanical systems including engine, drivetrain, chassis, and motorcycle components, as well as supporting production setup, troubleshooting, and technical operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing or CKD/SKD assembly plants
• Experience in car or motorcycle assembly operations
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and vehicle systems
• English language mandatory
• Arabic language mandatory
• Ability to work in a factory setup and production environment
