We’re hiring an EXPERIENCED Automotive Fabricator/Welder to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone with a proven track record in automotive or custom vehicle fabrication. Not a training or apprentice role. You must be highly experienced and capable of working independently on complex fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Custom fabrication of frames, floor pans, engine mounts, suspension components, roll cages, etc.
- TIG and MIG welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum
- Sheet metal shaping, tube bending, notching, and precision fitting
- Chassis modifications and one-off part creation
- Collaborating with mechanics and designers on complex builds
- Maintaining clean welds, tight tolerances, and consistent quality across all work
Required Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years of real-world experience in custom automotive fabrication and welding
- Mastery of MIG and TIG welding (aluminum and steel)
- Proficiency with fabrication tools: brakes, shears, benders, grinders, plasma cutters, tubing notchers, etc.
- Ability to read/interpret build plans/ideas
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Experience working on hot rods, muscle cars, or classic vehicle builds

- This is not a production shop or dealership-we build high-end, one-of-a-kind vehicles
- Our facility is clean, organized, heated, and air-conditioned
- You’ll be expected to handle your own projects with minimal supervision as well as collaborate on builds
- You’ll be part of a tight-knit team focused on quality over quantity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
