Compensation: $12,000 – $15,000/month (Base + Performance Bonuses)

***Must have SUB-PRIME experience***

What You’ll Do

• Handle and spin 40–50 deals per month with accuracy and urgency.
• Structure and secure financing with multiple lenders to maximize PVR and CSI.
• Present products clearly and effectively to build value and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Desk Managers to keep the deal flow smooth and profitable.
• Stay sharp — using modern tools, tech, and strategy to keep deals moving and customers happy.

Who You Are

• A high producer who knows how to get it done and loves the rush of a busy floor.
• Minimum 2 years of F&I experience preferred — but hustle and skill can speak louder than years.
• Energetic, tech-savvy, and comfortable with dealership software (CDK experience a plus).
• Motivated by performance, teamwork, and six-figure earning potential.
