What You’ll Do

• Structure, present, and finalize all finance and lease deals
• Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, etc.) with transparency and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
• Work closely with sales team to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with lenders and maintain approval efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation and deal processing

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (CDJR/Subaru experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of finance, leasing, and compliance regulations
• High level of integrity and customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $160,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
