Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager - Experienced

Hill-Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is seeking a high-performing F&I Manager who knows how to produce, close, and operate with integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Own the deal from approval to funding
• Structure clean, compliant, and profitable deals
• Present and close F&I products (VSC, GAP, protection) at a high level
• Work hand-in-hand with sales management to maximize gross
• Maintain lender relationships and secure approvals efficiently
• Ensure every deal is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
• Deliver a fast, professional, no-excuses customer experience

What We Expect

• Proven track record as a producing F&I Manager
• Strong product penetration and consistent performance
• Deep understanding of lenders, credit, and compliance
• Ability to hold gross while maintaining customer satisfaction
• High accountability — you know your numbers and hit them
• Experience with Reynolds & DocuPad preferred
