We are looking for a high-energy Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our award-winning sales team. Position Summary

The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle financing and leasing process. This individual will structure deals to ensure maximum profitability, maintain compliance with lender requirements, and provide a seamless, transparent car-buying experience. The ideal candidate has strong sales and closing skills, automotive finance experience, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present financing and insurance products to customers in a transparent and ethical manner
  • Secure loan and lease approvals through multiple lenders and financial institutions
  • Prepare and review all finance and lease documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize gross profit and product penetration
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and extended warranty providers
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws (including FTC and DMV regulations)
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction scores and uphold dealership reputation
  • Train and support sales staff on finance programs and product knowledge

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or Automotive Business Manager in a dealership setting
  • Proven track record of achieving high PVR, warranty, and product penetration goals
  • Strong understanding of lender programs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficient with Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, or similar DMS systems
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
