Performance Expectations

We're looking for proven performers who consistently deliver exceptional results.

Success in this role includes:

• Minimum $2,000 PVR
• 60%+ Vehicle Service Contract penetration
• Exceptional product performance while maintaining complete compliance
• Outstanding customer satisfaction
• Strong lender relationships
• Consistent profitability and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required
• Proven track record of maximizing product performance and profitability
• Experience with CDK, Eleads CRM, Dealertrack, and Darwin is required
• Strong lender, compliance, and menu presentation knowledge
• Outstanding communication and closing skills
• Team-first mentality with a competitive edge
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability

• Proven history of success in Automotive Finance
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
