Overview
Join our team as an Automotive Finance Manager at West Metro Buick GMC, Minnesota's #1 volume and #1 rated Buick GMC Dealership! The schedule for this position is a rotating four-day work week with every third Saturday off.

In this role, you will lead the financing process, assist customers in securing the best loan options, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, terms, and contract details clearly and confidently
  • Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine loan eligibility and appropriate financing solutions
  • Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable deals that meet both client needs and dealership goals
  • Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and service plans to enhance customer value
  • Process loan applications efficiently using financial software and ensure all documentation complies with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
  • Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate seamless deal closing, including title processing and contract preparation
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service throughout the financing journey and beyond
  • Stay current on industry trends, credit analysis techniques, and dealership policies to optimize sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role within an automotive dealership or related environment
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan processing, contracts, and relevant regulations such as TILA
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust
  • Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills for accurate calculations and data entry (including 10-key typing)
  • Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Dealership experience with automobile sales processes is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with title processing, credit analysis, and deal structuring techniques
  • Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward sales growth and customer satisfaction

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
