Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Professional)

We’re seeking an experienced F&I professional to structure deals, secure approvals, and maximize profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Secure financing for vehicle purchases and lease transactions
- Review credit applications and obtain approvals through lender networks
- Structure competitive loan and lease options
Finance & Protection Product Presentation
- Present a full F&I product menu in a professional, consultative manner
- Offer and explain:
- Vehicle Service Contracts (Extended Warranties)
- GAP Insurance
- Tire & Wheel, Paint/Appearance Protection, and other aftermarket products
- Clearly communicate coverage, value, and benefits based on customer needs
- Ensure all products are presented with full transparency and proper disclosures [indeed.com]
- Guide customers through the process with a positive, pressure-free experience
- Drive strong product penetration and overall profitability
Compliance & Deal Processing
- Prepare and finalize all finance, title, and legal documents
- Ensure every deal meets federal, state, and lender compliance standards [interviewguy.com]
- Review all terms, rates, and contracts clearly with customers
- Submit deals for timely funding and completion
Team & Lender Collaboration
- Maintain relationships with banks and lending institutions
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow
What We Need
- Minimum 3 years automotive sales management or F&I experience
- Import brand experience preferred (Mazda experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of credit, leasing, and deal structuring
- Proven ability to sell finance and insurance products
- Knowledge of compliance, disclosures, and dealership processes
- Professional, customer-focused approach
Compensation (High-Income Opportunity)
- Performance-based pay plan (base + commission + bonuses)
