Finance Manager — Audi of Bay Ridge (Empire Automotive Group)

Empire Automotive Group’s Audi of Bay Ridge is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to join our high‑performing new and used car sales team. We’re looking for a seasoned F&I professional who thrives in a structured, process‑driven environment and is ready to elevate the next phase of their successful career.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide customers through financing options and provide expert recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Present value‑driven protection products that enhance the ownership experience.
  • Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining transparency and compliance.
  • Maintain all required certifications and stay current with industry standards.
  • Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders, make sound credit decisions, and close effectively.
  • Ensure every deal meets all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver all contracts and paperwork with precision.
  • Audit team deals post‑sale and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure fast, accurate funding of all contracts to support dealership cash flow.

What You Bring

  • Experienced F&I Managers only — this is not an entry‑level role.
  • A growth‑oriented mindset and eagerness to improve.
  • College degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes.
  • Strong ability to structure deals for maximum profitability.
  • Solid understanding of title laws and registration procedures.
  • Professional appearance with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation abilities.
