Automotive Finance Manager / Financier

CarWarriors LLC is a fast-growing used car dealership located in Miami, Florida, with over 5 years in the automotive industry.

We work with 10+ national and regional lenders, including Capital One, Ally Financial, Exeter Finance, GLS Auto, Westlake Financial, and other lenders not commonly available to independent dealerships.

This lender network allows our Finance Managers to structure strong deals across prime, subprime, and credit-challenged customers, increasing approvals, profitability, and funding speed.

Job Description

The Automotive Finance Manager (Financier) is responsible for managing the full financing process from deal approval through funding. This position plays a critical role in dealership profitability, lender relationships, and customer experience.

The Finance Manager works closely with Sales Consultants, Sales Management, and lenders to ensure deals are structured correctly, compliant, and funded efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure auto loan deals based on customer credit profiles
  • Submit deals to 20+ lenders and negotiate approvals and terms
  • Maximize front-end and back-end gross profit
  • Present and explain financing terms clearly to customers
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
  • Prepare, review, and finalize finance and contract documents
  • Track funding status and follow up with lenders
  • Resolve lender stipulations and documentation issues
  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready deal jackets
  • Support audits, chargebacks, and internal reviews
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to close deals efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager / Financier
  • Strong knowledge of auto lending, credit analysis, and deal structuring
  • Experience with prime, subprime, and BHPH lenders
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple lenders simultaneously
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Solid computer skills and CRM/DMS experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DealerCenter, RouteOne, Dealertrack, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of Florida DMV, title, and funding processes
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
  • Experience in high-volume used car dealerships

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Dealership hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Days off based on management rotation

Location

Miami, FL
On-site position – not remote

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
