A new, fast-growing MSO is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our premier collision repair locations. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, results-oriented leader who excels at driving operational performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building strong, motivated teams.

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations—including production, sales, customer relations, financial performance, and team leadership.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members across all departments (Production, Estimating, Parts, Paint, and Front Office).
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture with clear communication and accountability.
  • Conduct regular meetings to align goals, resolve challenges, and celebrate success.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process.
  • Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, touch time, CSI, and gross profit to maintain performance standards.
  • Ensure quality control at every stage of repair, from estimate to delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and insurance partner requirements.

Customer Experience

  • Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the repair process.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor CSI feedback and drive continuous improvement in satisfaction and retention.

Financial & Business Performance

  • Manage shop P&L, including sales, expenses, and profitability goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with ownership on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

Shop Standards & Culture

  • Promote a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Ensure all staff uphold Minuteman Collision’s values of integrity, teamwork, and quality.
  • Support a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster relationships with local dealerships and agents
  • Build brand awareness through community events

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in collision repair or automotive operations (multi-department experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and production performance.
  • Strong understanding of repair processes, insurance DRP requirements, and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CCC ONE or similar estimating/management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
