Hours: Full Time

Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 yearly DOE

Position Details:

Bill Luke is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support our marketing and branding efforts. You will collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, ensuring consistency in brand aesthetics and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and design creative assets for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovative design concepts to the team.
• Feedback Incorporation: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
