Automotive Maintenance Manager

Location : Zaheerabad, Telangana

Role : MAINTENANCE MANAGER - Automotive Industry

Experience : 10-15 years

Qualifications : Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

Hands on maintenance of Power Press, Shearing Machine, Press Brake, Co2 welding

Machines.

Maintenance of utility equipment : Screw Compressors, EOT Cranes, DG Sets, Fire Hydrant

Line, Hydraulic System.

Trouble shooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.

Plan and execute preventive / predictive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.

Maintain ISO / IATF documentation checklists and audit compliance.

Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, ensure safety and uptime.

Support machine installation, commissioning and handling infrastructure projects.

Skills Required :

Strong analytical & troubleshooting ability.

Knowledge of root cause analysis, safety standards and TPM/5S

Good communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹971,103.47 per year
