Job Title: Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, skilled Auto Mechanic to join our small, customer-focused repair shop. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles while also assisting with customer interaction, shop organization, and overall daily operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, fluid services, inspections)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of vehicles
• Handle a wide range of repairs including engine work, suspension, exhaust, and basic diagnostics
• Communicate directly with customers
• Provide honest recommendations and build customer trust
• Keep accurate records of work completed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support other shop needs as they arise (team-oriented mindset is a must)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an auto mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Own basic tools
