Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain systems.
• Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Repair or replace critical systems like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brakes, and auto body components when necessary.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle parts following manufacturer specifications.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and mechanical failures.
• Ensure all work complies with dealership standards and safety regulations while providing excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Dealership experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, Schematics reading, and Diesel engine repair techniques.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service machinery.
• Experience working on engines, (especially timing), wheel alignments, suspension systems, and brake repairs.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire services efficiently.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay: $27.60 - $65.00 per hour
