Automotive Mechanic

Duties:

- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, including electrical and computer systems.
- Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Assist with sales by recommending additional services or products to customers.

- Timely complete all training

Experience:

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, computer, and mechanical components.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required.
- Experience working with GM vehicles is preferred but not required.
