Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and steering systems.
• Execute routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and tire service to keep vehicles running smoothly.
• Repair and replace critical parts like air brakes, powertrain components, and auto body elements while adhering to safety standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for mechanical repairs and welding tasks when necessary.
• Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical problems effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicle safety and reliability are prioritized.

Experience

• Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair; diesel repair background preferred.
• Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), diesel engine repair, and automotive diagnostics is essential.
• Familiarity with all makes and models of vehicles.
• Skilled in using maintenance equipment such as wheel aligners, welding tools, and diagnostic scanners.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across vehicle maintenance areas including transmissions, suspension systems, brake repair, and electrical systems.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
