Automotive Mechanic - High Line Exotic

Job Summary
Executive Auto Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team specializing in European and high-line exotic vehicles. We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented technician who takes pride in quality work, can diagnose complex issues independently, and delivers accurate diagnostics, professional workmanship, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on European and exotic vehicles including Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Maserati, Bentley, Aston Martin, and Mercedes-Benz
• Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, fluid services, brake work, and multi-point inspections
• Repair and replace engines, transmissions, and other powertrain components as needed
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, drivability, suspension, cooling system, drivetrain, and performance-related concerns using manufacturer procedures and diagnostic equipment
• Follow manufacturer specifications and service procedures to ensure quality repairs that meet high-line standards
• Maintain detailed repair records, complete auto estimating tasks accurately, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all shop safety procedures

Experience

• Strong background in automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems troubleshooting
• Familiarity with vehicle service procedures including powertrain repairs, transmissions, engines, and so on
• Service technician experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality customer service and accurate auto estimating
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and ability to read complex wiring diagrams is highly desirable
• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency using hand tools and power tools for precise repairs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years professional automotive technician experience
• European vehicle experience required; exotic vehicle experience strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to diagnose vehicle concerns independently rather than relying solely on parts replacement
• Ability to use scan tools, service information systems, and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
