Job Summary

The Mobile Service Coordinator will be the driving force behind our mobile service initiative. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to efficiently manage logistics and schedules. You will serve as the key point of contact for customers and technicians, ensuring timely and professional mobile service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote and schedule mobile service appointments
• Handle inbound service calls and identify opportunities for mobile service offerings
• Coordinate schedules between customers and mobile service technicians
• Maintain and manage the mobile service calendar for optimal efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after appointments
• Track performance metrics and customer satisfaction related to mobile services
• Collaborate with the service department to streamline operations
• Ensure compliance with Toyota brand standards and safety protocols
• Shuttling customers as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service, customer service, or call center management preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic, fast-paced schedule
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling software and CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license required

High school diploma or equivalent required
