What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accounts Payable: Managing vendor relations, processing invoices, and ensuring everyone gets paid on time.
• Accounts Receivable: Tracking incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and keeping our cash flow healthy.
• Title & Deal Paperwork: Assisting with the "nuts and bolts" of automotive accounting to ensure every deal is compliant and clean.
• Problem Solving: Investigating discrepancies with a detective’s eye and a smile.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: You’ve worked in a dealership office before and speak the language (Automate ,Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack experience is a massive plus!).
• Accuracy: You double-check your work because you know the details matter.
• Energy: You bring a positive attitude to the desk every single day.
• Multitasking: You can handle a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.
