Automotive Office & Switchboard Operator
Glendale Nissan - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Service Cashier/Switchboard Operator.

If you have cashiering experience and are looking for more to do, this is a great opportunity to learn more. Full & Part Time positions available, Night, Days and Saturday shifts available.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Answer switchboard & route calls.
- Assisting our customers with basic dealership information.
- Receive & process all cash & credit card payments.
- Maintain daily records of all cashier transactions.
- Perform related clerical duties.
- Stocks in cars and maintains key track machines for the sales department.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in our fast-paced business while multi-tasking.
- Working knowledge of computers (currently on ADP/CDK system).
- Professional appearance & attitude.
- Pre-placement drug screen.
Additional Considerations:
- Bilingual English, Spanish, Polish is a plus!
- Auto dealer experience is preferred but will train the right person.
Schedule:
- We have Day shifts & Nigh Shifts available, Part time & Full Time.
- Night shift (11am to 8pm & Saturday, with one day off during the week).
- Day Shift (M - F, 7am - 4pm).
- Part time Position also available.
