Automotive Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-department activities, and ensure smooth coordination across the company. The role also includes supervising all staff and monitoring logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all departments.
• Supervise staff and ensure effective workflow.
• Manage logistics activities, planning, tracking, and timely execution.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Ensure smooth communication between teams and management.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports.
• Submit weekly or daily reports to management as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
