Automotive Operations Manager (Minimum 5 years Car Care Exp.)

Auto Millennium Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Car Care Bodyshop division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing car care services, with proven expertise in Paint Protection Film (PPF), team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the Car Care Bodyshop, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee and lead the team of technicians and supervisors across various car care services including PPF, detailing, tinting, and ceramic coating.
• Ensure proper execution of PPF applications in line with industry standards and client expectations.
• Develop and implement SOPs for efficiency, safety, and quality assurance across operations.
• Monitor workshop productivity and staff performance, and provide regular training and support.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to align operational capacity with client requirements.
• Ensure optimal inventory management for tools, materials, and products used in car care services.
• Handle customer complaints and service issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend improvements to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in car care operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation and supervision is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing teams in a car care/bodyshop environment.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage budgets, and drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of the latest car care products and technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in automotive services or related technical fields.
• Experience working with premium car care brands and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
