Automotive Parts Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Parts Sales Manager to lead and oversee our parts sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive parts sales and team management, with a solid understanding of vehicle components, particularly for German or luxury brands. This role requires leadership skills, business development capabilities, customer relationship management, and a strategic approach to increasing sales revenue and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the parts sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Oversee handling of parts inquiries and sales through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and field sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Monitor quotations, sales pipelines, and conversion rates to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and promote products and services.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer demands to improve business strategies.
  • Ensure effective upselling of accessories, lubricants, and value-added products.
  • Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee inventory planning, stock availability, reorder levels, and parts movement to minimize shortages and excess stock.
  • Ensure accurate use of cataloguing systems and inventory management software.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management updates on team performance and revenue generation.
  • Ensure the parts department maintains a professional, organized, and customer-focused environment.
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automotive parts sales, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, cataloguing systems, and vehicle brands.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with European, German, or luxury vehicle brands.
  • Multilingual (English, Arabic, Hindi, or others) is highly desirable.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
