Automotive Plastics Quality Assurance Inspector

Location: Fountain Inn, SC
Pay: $16.25 per hour

Your afternoon begins at 4:00pm. You step onto the floor and head straight for a batch of freshly molded interior plastic components. With a practiced eye, you compare each piece against customer specifications and CER Management instructions, capturing your findings in clear, accurate logs. Along the way, you double-check that team members are at their assigned stations and that safety standards are being followed.

What your day looks like

• Inspect automotive interior plastic components using visual and dimensional checks against written specifications.
• Accept, reject, and document parts based on criteria; record any nonconformances.
• Complete reports and logs to capture inspection results accurately.
• Promote a safe work environment by following procedures and legal regulations.
• Ensure team members remain in assigned areas and workflows stay on track.

Schedule

Sunday through Friday, 4:00pm – 8:00pm, with flexibility to work until 12:30am as needed. Saturday off.

What you bring

• Ability to start immediately.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort standing for long periods.
• Ability to read and write to complete documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of prior inspection experience (no exceptions).
