Compensation:
$80,000–$175,000+ per year (combination of commission, bonuses, and spiffs based on performance)

Porsche Clearwater, part of the Bert Smith Auto Group, is seeking a high-performing Sales Professional to join our award-winning team. We are one of the few remaining family-owned Porsche Centers in the country, proudly serving the Tampa Bay area since 1953. What You’ll Do

• Represent the Porsche brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build strong client relationships and deliver a world-class buying experience
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and deliveries (including EV charging demos)
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining high CSI and Premier Porsche Center standards
• Manage client communications and follow-up using CRM tools
• Stay current with Porsche model knowledge, product updates, and training

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of prior high-line automotive sales experience required
• Proven track record of success with customer relationship development
• Strong communication skills and a consultative, customer-focused approach
• CRM proficiency and strong follow-through habits
• Ability to learn and present high-technology features (EV experience helpful)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
