Automotive Pre-Owned Car Sales Agent

Carzilla Motors is looking for a driven and customer-focused Pre-Owned Car Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, trustworthy, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering a top-tier car buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Guide customers through the entire car buying process — from selection to financing
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our pre-owned vehicle inventory
• Answer questions about vehicle features, pricing, and warranties
• Follow up with leads and maintain contact with prospective buyers
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals efficiently
• Ensure accurate paperwork and assist with title transfers or financing documentation
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom or lot

Requirements:

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Positive attitude and goal-driven mindset
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
