Automotive Private Party Buyer

Bill Luke Marana is NOW HIRING a Private Part Buyer to join our team! This position makes outbound calls and makes appointments for our clients to bring in their cars to be appraised. No cold calling. You will be responding to inquiries in a timely manner using text, email, and phone calling. Focus on setting appointments for us to appraise vehicles.

Compensation: Commission + Bonus $50K -$90K Per year

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Saturday, Rotating shifts. Closed Sundays

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with appraisal appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Must have good, clear, voice and proper phone etiquette
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, Used Car Buying and Service teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications:

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service and sales experience
• Call center experience is preferred
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Spanish Speaker highly desirable
• Team player attitude, Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer and phone skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be 18 or older
