This is a hybrid role — partially in-office and partially work-from-home once fully trained.

The Role
This is not just a clerical job.
You will be the operational backbone of the company — supporting ownership and shop leadership by keeping financials clean, documentation organized, and processes consistent.
Your job is to bring order, clarity, and efficiency to everything behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Financial & Accounting Support
Reconciliation of repair orders
Reconciliation of parts statements
Assisting with payroll preparation
Vendor invoice tracking and payment coordination
Supporting bookkeeper
Monthly reporting assistance
Administrative Support
Organizing digital and physical documents
Managing HR paperwork and onboarding files
Tracking non-solicitation/confidentiality agreements
Assisting with compliance documentation
Updating internal SOP documents
CRM and database cleanup
Operational Support
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting dashboards
- Assisting with marketing mail list organization
- Assisting with marketing calender and
- Supporting expansion documentation
Helping systemize checklists and workflows
Work From Home Structure
Initial training will be in-office
Once trained and proficient, portions of this role may be performed remotely
Some in-office presence will always be required for coordination and culture alignment and you must be availible when needed in office

Qualifications
2+ years administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
Proficiency with spreadsheets
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Reliable internet connection for remote work
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Automotive industry experience is a plus — but not required.
