Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics to explain services and repairs clearly to customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients professionally.
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple service cases.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide practical solutions to customer issues.
Basic computer skills for creating job cards and updating service records.
