Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences
  • Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
  • Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory levels, pricing strategies, and market trends to support high-end sales efforts
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and supporting clients throughout their buying journey

Skills

  • Proven experience in retail automobile sales
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, inventory control, and retail math accurately
  • Ability to deliver compelling public speaking presentations and conduct engaging product demonstrations
  • Customer-focused mindset with outstanding public speaking skills, phone etiquette, and a passion for delivering superior customer service
  • Knowledge of automotive industry practices including dealership operations, inventory management, marketing strategies, and sales support processes
