Responsibilities:

• Engage with customer to assist them in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Participate in ongoing sales training and development

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak English

• Valid driver’s license

• 18 years or older

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule availability

• Strong communication skills

Compensation:We offer a competitive commission-based pay structure, with additional opportunities for bonuses. Average monthly pay ranges from $3,000 to $16,000+, depending on performance.
