Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Automotive Sales Specialist (B2B) (WITH DEALERS DATA ONLY) to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses exclusively on managing the sales process with car dealers—from initial inquiries to final transactions. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with local and international dealers, ensure smooth transactions, and deliver exceptional service tailored to B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the sales process with car dealers (HIS/HER EXISTING DEALERS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international automotive dealers
- Consult with clients to understand their vehicle needs and sourcing preferences
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely vehicle delivery and accurate documentation
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications
- Stay up-to-date on UAE car auction trends and vehicle inventory.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, especially B2B or dealer-focused roles
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with car dealers
- In-depth understanding of the UAE automotive market and auction systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple dealer accounts efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

- Working days: 6 days a week with 1 weekday off
- Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
