Columbus Luxury Cars is a fast-growing and respected dealership in central Ohio that has served customers for over twenty years. We’re expanding our sales team and are looking to hire three motivated Automotive Sales Consultants who are fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and build rapport with customers in the showroom, on the lot and through digital platforms.

- Consult the dealership inventory to help customers find vehicles that meet their needs.

- Take customers on test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits in detail.

- Answer questions about vehicle specifications, financing and warranty options.

- Negotiate sales prices and terms, present financing and warranty products, and work closely with the sales manager to close deals.

- Facilitate the signing of sales contracts and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and various vehicles.

- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build relationships and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish.

- Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive sales experience preferred but not required).

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive pay range: $36,000–$150,000 per year, including base salary plus commission.

- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week; some Saturdays may be required.
