What You Will Do

What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of automotive retail sales experience.

Duties
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to promote high-end vehicles and dealership services across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with followers by creating compelling content, responding to inquiries promptly, and fostering a vibrant online community.
- Generate leads through outbound social media campaigns, cold calling prospects, and nurturing existing customer relationships via CRM software.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Conduct B2B sales outreach to local businesses and corporate clients to expand dealership partnerships.
- Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, accessories, and service packages during the sales process.
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to stay informed about available vehicles and promotional offers.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close high-end sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Support dealership marketing efforts by providing insights on customer preferences and trending social media topics.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette during outbound calls and in-person interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive or retail sales with a focus on high-end vehicles preferred.
- Strong background in social media marketing, content creation, and digital engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, cold calling, and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer data, and follow-up activities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, organizational skills, and inventory control processes.
- Experience with dealership operations including deal management and upselling techniques.
- Ability to deliver public speaking presentations or participate in promotional events confidently.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with outstanding phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards, outbound sales strategies, and marketing principles is advantageous.
