Automotive Sales Fleet Manager/Director

We are currently seeking to start a Fleet Sales Department. We already have a large Fleet Service Team with hundreds of fleet accounts that are ready to purchase their new fleet of vehicles. This position is a perfect opportunity for a successful experienced Sales Person or Fleet Manager who is ready to grow.

We are looking to hire a Fleet Director and a team of Fleet Managers to assist our Fleet customers and find new ones.

This qualified candidate must possess automotive sales experience and strong communication skills in order to effectively and efficiently work with customers, employees and vendors. Experience leading a team is highly recommended, but willing to train the right candidate.

Automotive Sales Fleet Manager Qualifications:

• Automotive Sales Experience Required.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to contact local companies and build business relationships.
• Self starter and motivated to be successful.
• Ability to close a deal and negotiate effectively.
• Work closely with lenders and have strong influence in securing loan approvals.

• Prepare and review daily and monthly reports.

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
