We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales department. Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize dealership performance.

Oversee daily operations of the sales department to ensure efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Manage inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to ensure vehicle availability.

Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and state regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and manufacturer representatives.

Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to uphold Butler Ford’s high standards of professionalism.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in an Acura or similar dealership.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership management software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK).

Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
