Automotive Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through effective coaching and support.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and retain existing customers within the high-end automobile market.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through closing, utilizing CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels for retail sales while supporting upselling strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, negotiating deals effectively, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions, customer interactions, and sales activities to support ongoing business development efforts.
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with clients across various channels.

Experience

  • Proven experience in automobile sales management with a strong background in Honda or Toyota vehicle markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships effectively.
  • Experience in retail math, inventory control, organizational skills, and retail sales operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including public speaking abilities and multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards such as inventory management, dealership processes, and outbound sales strategies is essential.
