We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager / Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager / Internet Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive exceptional customer experiences. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the entire sales process, develop strategic sales initiatives, and ensure the seamless integration of finance and insurance products. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve and surpass monthly sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outbound calls, cold calling, and online outreach to generate a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct negotiations with customers on vehicle pricing, trade-ins, financing options, and upselling premium features or packages.
- Oversee the F&I process by presenting finance options, insurance products, warranties, and additional services to customers transparently and confidently.
- Manage internet sales channels by responding promptly to online inquiries, scheduling appointments, and converting digital leads into showroom visits.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, maintain accurate inventory management records, and support ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Organize public speaking engagements or dealership events to promote high-end vehicle offerings and enhance brand visibility within the community.
- Support inventory control efforts by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring optimal inventory presentation both online and in-showroom.
- Provide ongoing training to staff on sales techniques, phone etiquette, communication skills, retail math calculations, and organizational skills necessary for success in automotive retail.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive retail sales management or dealership environment with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trust.
- Strong background in B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies as well as retail consumer interactions.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms for managing leads, customer data, and sales pipelines efficiently.
- Experience in high-end vehicle sales or luxury automotive markets is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills including public speaking capabilities to represent the dealership at events or community engagements.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, automotive finance processes, public relations techniques, and outbound/outbound sales methods.
- Strong organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency for accurate deal structuring and profit maximization. Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
